Evaluation of Reflection

What do we see in a mirror or what determines the image we see? Does the mirror deceive us or do we deceive ourselves into seeing the image of our dreams? These questions may remain surmises as there is no single objective way to isolate the hubris of the subject, object or observer taking the evaluation. How much of what we believe is true or truly true? (True to the extent of being free from the learned truths and the subconscious promptings that are beyond our control?)
